Welcome to the fifth official topic in our "step-by-step" manual on how emerging digital marketing professionals can humanly enhance AI tools and suggestions! Today, we will be discussing some tips and tricks for how to enhance and explain AI Illustration Enhancement technology in the workplace.
Why Would Digital Marketers use AI Illustration Enhancer tools?
Being a Digital Marketer does not mean you have to possess illustration skills. Many marketing professionals come from an educational background in management, rather than a digital design background.
Many may need additional help when it comes to logo or advertisement sketches and illustrations.
If you are one of those professionals that have great illustration ideas, but don't exactly have a knack for drawing and sketching, then AI Illustration Enhancement tools are here to help you!
Let's take a look at what tools are available to help you in this process:
AutoDraw
AutoDraw is an experiment created by Google in 2017. It pairs machine learning with drawings from talented artists to help everyone create anything visual, fast. There’s nothing to download. Nothing to pay for. And it works anywhere: smartphone, tablet, laptop, desktop, etc. AutoDraw’s suggestion tool uses the same technology used in QuickDraw, to guess what you’re trying to draw. Then, AutoDraw will create a Clip Art style illustration from the sketch that you provided, no matter how good or bad it looked! Right now, it can guess hundreds of drawings and Google explains that their team looks forward to adding more over time.
DALL-E
DALL-E is similar to AutoDraw, but generates more realistic images, if that's what you're looking for. DALL-E is a generative AI technology that enables users to create new images with text to graphics prompts. Functionally, Dall-E is a neural network and is able to generate entirely new images in any number of different styles as specified by the user's prompts.
Step 1: Sketch Away!
Let's say that you are trying to design a clip art style logo for a high school football team. To save time in the initial sketching phase, let's try sketching with AutoDraw:
As you can see, AutoDraw is very easy to use! Simply sketch the clip art illustration that you have in mind, and AutoDraw will guess what you are envisioning.
Step 2: Make Adjustments. Make it Yours.
The next step in this process is to simply make it yours! You can rearrange the clip art illustrations on AutoDraw by utilizing the selector tool to drag and re-size each illustration. You can also add color to any clip art image by utilizing the fill tool.
Step 3: Finalize Your Design.
Finally, the last step is to finalize your design by saving your illustration, and moving on to incorporate text, if needed. Plug your illustration into the design platform of your choice. I recommend Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator! Now that you have a digital illustration with your own title, BOOM! You created a new logo that is coherent, concise, and unique just within a few hours!
